Every player who uses this offer agrees to these rules and the General Terms and Conditions of Interwetten. The Interwetten Slots are operated by Interwetten Gaming Ltd. on the basis of this contract with the player. The player expressly acknowledges that virtual slot games are games of chance; that there is a risk of loss; and that his participation is solely on a voluntary basis. There is no right of participation on the part of the Player and the Player accepts that the Operator is entitled to restrict, limit or block access for certain Players at its sole, exclusive and absolute discretion.

1. Rules

1.1 The virtual slot games that Interwetten Gaming Ltd. makes available to the player are provided by third parties, namely providers of type 1 gaming services listed on the Interwetten website. The player may only use the software for personal recreational use in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

1.2 The Player is at all times prohibited from using any errors, viruses, malfunctions or inconsistencies ("Bug") in the Virtual Slot Games for his own benefit or to the detriment of other Players. 1.4 Interwetten Gaming Ltd. operates virtual slot games in which the player can participate by wagering money. In order to be able to play with the use of money, sufficient credit must be available in the Interwetten account.

1.5 In order to be able to participate in virtual slot games, the player must top up his Interwetten account by transferring money to the slot area. A maximum amount of 1,000.00 Euro can be deposited per month. The minimum stake in the virtual slot games is 1 Euro Cent. The maximum bet is 1.00 Euro.

2. Specific player protection in the area of slots

2.1 The offer on www.interwetten.de does not provide autoplay. It also refrains from offering jackpots.

2.2 For temporary self-exclusion, a "panic button" is available that prevents participation in the game for 24hr.

2.3 The spin duration of each slot is at least 5 seconds. After 60 minutes, the game will be interrupted by a reality check. The game can only be continued if further participation is actively confirmed.

2.4 When accessing the Slots section, the player receives an overview of stakes and winnings over the last 30 days, including the resulting balance.

3. Disclaimers

The use of robots or mechanical, electronic or other devices to make automatic decisions in games is strictly prohibited. In the event of the use of such unauthorised mechanical or electronic aids, Interwetten reserves the right to take sanctions against players, up to and including exclusion from further games.

4. Severability clause

Each provision contained in these terms and conditions is valid independently of any other provision. If any provision is found to be void, invalid or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect.
