1. Our Commitment
We strive to make our digital services accessible to all people, regardless of physical, sensory, or cognitive abilities.

2. General Description of the Service
interwetten.de is a platform through which customers may access online sports betting and related gaming services.
The service includes, in particular: Informational pages, user registration and login, account management, deposit and withdrawal functionalities (including third-party payment service providers), customer support and betting interactions (e.g. odds display, bet slip functionality).
3. Accessibility Standard
The accessibility requirements are derived from the BFSG and the BFSGV.
Our technical implementation is aligned with the European standard EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Conformance Levels A and AA, as recognised technical standards for accessible web content.
Current status: Partially compliant with the statutory requirements.
Reason: Despite ongoing optimisation efforts, certain accessibility barriers may still exist in specific areas (see section below).
4. Non-Accessible Content (Known Limitations)
Depending on the user’s system configuration, the following areas may be affected:
- Frequently updated dynamic content (e.g. live odds and betting elements)
- Complex forms and validation processes (e.g. registration, identity verification)
- Third-party integrations (e.g. payment service providers or embedded tools)
- Older documents that may not yet be fully accessible
We are prioritising the remediation of these issues and continuously reviewing potential improvements.
